Position Details:
Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician
Location: Trafford Park, Greater Manchester, North West, UK
Contract Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced pre\-hospital emergency care in line with a minimum of recognised EMT qualifications (Associate Ambulance Practitioner / FREUC 5 / IHCD Technician).
Assist in stabilising patients at the scene of accidents or medical emergencies.
Work alongside healthcare professionals to provide high\-quality patient care.
Ensure all clinical documentation and reports are completed accurately.
Essential Requirement
\- Post 1 year from class room phase with letter of completion from your Education Provider
\- CERAD Certificate or equivalent blue light certificate
\- Previous experience in emergency response or pre\-hospital care is preferred.
\- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.
\- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
\- Full Manual Driving Licence with C1 capabilities desired.
\- Supernumerary shifts

Personal Qualities
\* Aged 18 and over, due to vehicle insurance purposes.
\* Great communication skills, gained from dealing with members of the public from a range of different background.
\* A caring and compassionate nature.
\* A willingness to learn.
Working as part of an ambulance crew, excellent communication, caring and time management skills are a must, as you will support and care for a range of patients with different conditions, mobility and disabilities.
