We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join our busy and growing Employment Law department in Leamington Spa.

You will support the Employment Law solicitor in providing high\-quality legal services to clients, assisting with a broad range of employment matters including:
- Unfair dismissal claims
- Discrimination and harassment cases
- Redundancy and restructuring matters
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Settlement agreements
- Employment contracts and staff handbooks
- Employment Tribunal proceedings
- Exit Strategies for senior employees and without prejudice discussions
- Managing correspondence and client communications
- Taking instructions from clients and preparing attendance notes
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements and Tribunal forms
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing case bundles and supporting litigation matters
- Maintaining case management systems and ensuring files are up to date
- Supporting fee earners with billing and file administration
- Assisting with business development and client relationship activities where appropriate
You will have a positive and professional approach, be comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Have previous paralegal, or legal assistant experience within employment law
- Have a genuine interest in employment law
- Possess excellent communication and client care skills
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable and client\-focused
