TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14\-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

About the role

Are you passionate about helping people change their lives through learning and employment? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Employment Advisor to join our growing team.

In this rewarding role, you'll inspire and support learners from their first enquiry through to employment, delivering engaging employability programmes, providing one\-to\-one coaching, and building strong relationships with employers and partner organisations. Every day is different – from facilitating workshops and careers advice to helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

About the person

We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and move into employment, training, or further education. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals to overcome barriers and succeed, with a natural ability to build rapport, inspire confidence and motivate others.

You will be highly organised, able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines, while delivering exceptional one\-to\-one and group support. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with employers, referral partners and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.

You'll be confident using Microsoft Office and learner management systems, adaptable in a fast\-paced environment, and bring a positive, resilient and proactive approach to your work. Above all, you'll be committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and continuously improving the support and services you provide.

Qualifications

GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths.

  • * A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in Advice and Guidance, Customer Service, Business Administration, Education, Employability or a related field.
