Employee Relationship Manager
Job Description
As Employer Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a pipeline of employer partners, developing strong relationships that lead to long\-term programme engagement.
Working towards growth targets, you will identify and secure new public sector and not\-for\-profit organisations, create compelling partnership proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen and enhance the employer offer.
- Identify, approach and secure new employer partners for the programme.
- Build and maintain a high\-quality pipeline of prospective partners to support continued growth.
- Deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate the programme's vision, impact and benefits.
- Develop and present tailored partnership proposals that address employer needs and objectives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the employer offer, identifying innovative ways to increase engagement and long\-term commitment.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise opportunities and ensure partners understand the full range of services available.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales, business development or partnership targets.
- Experience in account management, relationship management and securing new business or partnerships.
- Demonstrable success in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and service quality.
- Experience tailoring communications for a range of audiences and stakeholders.
- Confident presenter with experience speaking to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Results\-driven, resilient and highly motivated.
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of how marketing can support business growth and engagement.
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM system.
- Knowledge of disability inclusion, diversity and inclusion, graduate recruitment or employment programmes.
- Experience working with public sector, charitable or not\-for\-profit organisations.
