Embedded Security and Emergency Preparedness Advisor

The Security and Emergency Preparedness Advisor will support global operations through a risk\-based and integrated approach to security, emergency preparedness, and organisational resilience across onshore and offshore operations.
The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in Security, Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management. Candidates should be flexible, thrive on high levels of activity, and work effectively across disciplines.
Due to close interaction with Norwegian\-based operations, authorities, and internal stakeholders, fluency in Norwegian and residence in the Bergen area are mandatory.
Job Description
- Assist with all Security and Emergency Preparedness tasks
- Perform risk assessments related to security and emergency preparedness, including foreign establishments and travel abroad
- Ensure that contingency plans are established in all regions where the company operates
- Perform audits, inspections and investigations within ISPS, Security and Emergency Preparedness
- Maintain processes and procedures related to security and emergency preparedness offshore and onshore
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree within Risk, Safety, Security or Nautical studies (Relevant experience may compensate for formal education)
- Good Norwegian and English language skills (written \& verbal)
- Competence and experience from similar positions
- Offshore health certificate
- Able to travel offshore; domestic and international
- Competence in risk assessment methods and investigations
- Lead Auditor or Audit team member competence
- High level of organisational, planning and problem\-solving skills
- Good communication and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
