Electrical Supervisor - Evening Shift

We have a requirement for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major pharmaceutical construction project in Geel, Belgium. This is a high\-profile opportunity to contribute to a state\-of\-the\-art manufacturing facility for a leading global pharmaceutical client.

- Lead and coordinate electrical teams (contractors, technicians, and apprentices) on\-site during the evening shift
- Monitor daily progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation
- Ensure all electrical installations meet pharma industry requirements, including GMP and cleanroom standards
- Verify compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Support validation and qualification activities for electrical systems (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate and resolve safety incidents or near misses
- Supervise installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, HVAC controls, fire alarms, and process equipment connections
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and process teams to ensure seamless integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning
- Maintain accurate records of electrical works, inspections, and test results
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for project management
- Support handover documentation for client and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards, safety requirements, and Belgian regulations
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large\-scale construction projects
- Experience within pharmaceutical, GMP, or cleanroom environments is a strong advantage
- Bachelor degree or exceptionally strong trades' background
- Significant experience of E\&I roles on active construction projects
- Ability to work effectively in an evening shift environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
