Kiernan Engineering requires Electrical Project Manager for a Project Based in Scandinavia in the Data Centre Sector.

Suitable candidates will require experience in a similar industry or have worked in Data Centres previously.

The role will be based in the Nordics on a FIFO rotation with an attractive salary \& package for successful candidates

Role/Responsibilities.

o Develop and administer quality control provisions; liaise with project cost estimating value engineering as required.

o Champion Safety implementation \& Quality on\-site.

o Maintain and Develop strong relationships with Clients, Stakeholders.

o Track \& Report weekly at client meetings.

o Liaise with the commercial team to ensure contracts, purchase orders, payment certs and change orders are issued in line with companies quality management system.

o Planning Resources Material, Labour and Subcontractors, Vendors.

o Develop and manage detailed Project Schedules.

o Liaise with the construction/safety team on the development of Rams and be familiar with working in a live facility.

Requirements.

o Relevant Third Level qualification or proven track record of delivering large\-scale projects in a challenging environment.

o Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co\-ordination Meetings and Handover Meeting

o Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project team, consulting Engineer and Client requirements

o Trade Background preferred but not essential.

o Contracting Experience and Experience dealing with and administrating construction work in line with contract requirements.

o Self\-starter promoting positive work culture with a team focus.

o Experience working with multi\-functional teams/departments.

o Excellent I.T. Skills and Communication skills are essential.

Salary will be negotiable based on qualifications and Experience.
