Electrical Project Manager (EU projects)

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team, working on a 3\&1 rotation on major Data Centre projects across Europe. This role is central to ensuring the successful delivery of electrical packages, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule. You will work closely with the Operations Director and on\-site teams to manage project delivery from planning through to completion.

Responsibilities* Plan and manage the delivery of electrical work packages on data centre sites, ensuring alignment with project milestones

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical containment, MV/LV cabling, and terminations


• Coordinate project resources including internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers


• Track project progress, report performance metrics, and maintain detailed project documentation


• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to avoid impact on delivery


• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards


• Work closely with supervisors and site teams to maintain high installation quality and productivity


• Provide leadership across all project stakeholders and ensure effective communication channels


• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of electrical teams


• Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for all project\-related updates


• Conduct project close\-outs including lessons learned and performance review reports

Requirements* Minimum 5 years' experience managing electrical projects in mission\-critical environments, ideally Data Centres

• In\-depth knowledge of MV/LV cable installation, containment systems, and electrical commissioning


• Strong understanding of data centre project environments including safety protocols and client expectations


• Proven experience managing large\-scale electrical site teams


• Solid track record of delivering complex electrical packages on time and within budget


• Excellent organisational, reporting, and communication skills


• Familiarity with construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation


• Proficient in project management software and reporting tools


• Fluent in English (minimum C2 level), both written and spoken


• EU citizenship or unrestricted visa\-free travel within the EU
