We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lecturer to deliver City & Guilds Electrical Level 1 and Level 2 vocational programs at a college in South East London. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator with a passion for electrical engineering and teaching.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons in Electrical Level 1 and Level 2 courses.


• Prepare course materials and lesson plans that meet City & Guilds standards.


• Assess student progress through practical and theoretical evaluations.


• Provide feedback and support to students to aid their learning and development.


• Maintain up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.


• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and learning experience.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all practical sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold a recognised teaching qualification.


• Experience in teaching electrical courses or related subjects.


• Strong knowledge of City & Guilds electrical pathways.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to engage and inspire students in the field of electrical engineering.


• An assessor qualification is considered a bonus.
