ROLE: Electrical Engineer
HOURS: 40 hours per week

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to undertake facilities management services across our site in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape service excellence, drive operational performance, and make a real difference every day.
Role Responsibilities:* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring standards are maintained and liaising with Mitie engineers, subcontractors, and clients to address concerns
- Ensure compliance with business risk management procedures and complete all work\-related documentation accurately and on time, including CAFM system updates
- Maintain a proactive approach to client liaison, ensuring effective communication and escalation of concerns where necessary
- Support operational requirements including participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours
- Demonstrate flexibility, strong teamwork, leadership qualities, and a ‘can do' attitude while maintaining high standards across electrical and building services systems
- City \& Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671\)
- Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environments, including L.V networks \& stand\-by generators
- Work in a dynamic London\-based environment
