We manufacture bespoke cable assemblies, harnesses, looms, and network solutions for some of the world’s most demanding sectors — including Aerospace, Defence, Telecoms, Rail, and Satellite systems. Our reputation is built on precision, innovation, and quality.

Now, we’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping both our technical solutions and customer success.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit at the heart of the business — connecting customers and production to deliver high\-quality, tailored solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engaging directly with customers to understand technical requirements

  • Developing bespoke cable assembly solutions

  • Producing accurate quotations and technical proposals

  • Creating CAD drawings and supporting documentation

  • Supporting production teams with technical expertise and problem\-solving

  • Developing prototypes and refining manufacturing processes

  • Writing clear work instructions and test procedures

  • Ensuring compliance with standards such as AS9100

  • Acting as a key link between sales, production, and quality teams

  • Building strong, long\-term client relationships
What we’re looking for

You’ll likely have:

  • Hands\-on experience with cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, or electrical systems

  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Experience with AutoCAD (2D) or similar (desirable, not essential)

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers

  • A proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow
