About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Bank Therapeutic Support Workers to join our children’s residential services team in St Albans. This flexible role allows you to pick up shifts that fit your schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people. You’ll provide care, guidance, and emotional support to help children build confidence, resilience, and independence in a nurturing environment.

- Maintain clear and accurate records in line with organisational and regulatory standards
- At least 1 year’s experience working with young people in a residential or semi\-independent setting
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to complete all onboarding checks (including Enhanced DBS)
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and commitment to supporting young people who may have experienced trauma
