- Coordinate the daily activities of electrical teams to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors regarding project timelines and technical requirements.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of electrical materials and specialized equipment to various site locations.
- Review technical drawings and blueprints to ensure onsite execution aligns with design specifications.
- Oversee quality control audits and ensure all work complies with Danish electrical safety regulations and standards.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in the preparation of progress reports and financial forecasts.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings to resolve bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring standards, and power distribution.
- Project Logistics: Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines, material orders, and labor schedules simultaneously.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English (Danish proficiency is a major advantage for navigating local regulations).
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CAD software, project management tools (like Procore or MS Project), and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of Danish safety codes (SB\-regler) or equivalent European electrical standards.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in electrical coordination, site management, or as a senior electrician looking to move into administration.
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology Management, or a relevant trade qualification with coordinator experience.
