EHCP Partner
The Special Educational Needs (SEND) Operational Team is looking for 3 experienced practitioners to provide additional capacity in working towards finalising EHCP plans that are at the later stage in the EHCNA process.
This role is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering statutory assessment processes and working closely with families. The role will actively communicate with and support settings to encourage the delivery of provision in an inclusive approach so EHC plans can be effectively finalised.
Experience in using Idox Hub and MRI Capita ONE is welcomed.
We are looking for partners who can deliver a relational practice approach and build strong and collaborative relationships with families, settings and with colleagues in our inclusive practice teams. Your ability to manage a diverse workload within given deadlines is essential and you must be able to show a thorough and in-depth working knowledge of the relevant legislation including the SEND Code of practice 2015.
This is an exciting time of transformation for SEND and Inclusion.
The roles are full time (5 days a week) only for a 6-month period and paid up to £300 a day.
