We are looking for two proactive and organised Educational Projects Coordinator / Assistants to support the development and delivery of international education programmes, university partnerships, study visits and delegations.

The role combines project coordination, communication with universities and partners, research, event support and programme administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of educational programmes, university visits, study tours and international delegations.

  • Communicate with universities, schools, educational partners and suppliers.

  • Research universities, academic programmes, workshops, venues, accommodation and other programme options.

  • Prepare itineraries, schedules, presentations, proposals and programme materials.

  • Coordinate meetings, university visits, events and programme logistics.

  • Maintain project trackers, databases, contact lists and documentation.

  • Support student recruitment, applications and participant communication.

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the project team.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), written and spoken.

  • Legal right to work in the UK.

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

  • Experience in education, university relations, project coordination or events is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the higher education sector is an advantage.
Working Arrangements

Hybrid working in London, with attendance at the office, university meetings and events when required. Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.

We are recruiting two people for the team. Depending on experience and strengths, responsibilities may focus more on either project/university coordination or programme administration and operational support.

Pay: £15,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London WC1H
