We are seeking a motivated Education Sales Consultant to join our team. This role combines student recruitment and educational consultancy, helping prospective students understand UK higher education opportunities while providing professional guidance throughout the application process. The level also includes mentoring and supporting junior consultants.

\- Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels, collaborating with marketing to identify new opportunities.

\- Conduct on\-site and overseas presentations and information sessions at partner universities and educational institutions in the UK and China, engaging with students, parents, and institutional partners.

\- Engage with prospective students and parents, presenting and promoting TopCourses programs in a professional and informative manner.

\- Conduct consultations, academic assessments, and follow\-ups via WeChat, video meetings, and email, guiding students through the UK university application process.

\- Advise students on course selection, application procedures, and supporting documents, ensuring accurate data management within the CRM system.

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and partners, resolving inquiries and issues to maximize satisfaction.

\- Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to the development of educational resources and continuous improvement of consultation and recruitment processes.

\- Stay up\-to\-date with UK university admissions policies, scholarships, and education system changes through regular training.

\- Bachelor’s degree or higher.

\- Familiarity with UK university admission policies and procedures.

\- Minimum 1 year of experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or university application support.

\- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members preferred.

\- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is required.

\- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

\- Commitment to providing high\-quality educational guidance while supporting student recruitment.

\- Competitive salary: £34,000–£45,000 per annum.
