<p class="p1">Denkst du Social-First und erzählst Geschichten lieber im Schnitt als auf dem Papier? Hast du ein Gespür für Timing, Rhythmus und Content, der Menschen fesselt? Dann suchen wir genau dich. Gemeinsam mit Copywriter:innen, Art Director:innen, Strateg:innen, Projektmanagement und Produktion entwickelst du Social Content, der Marken relevant macht und Menschen begeistert.</p>

<li class="p1">schneidest Social-First-Content für TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube und weitere Plattformen.</li>
<li class="p1">verwandelst Rohmaterial in aufmerksamkeitsstarke Geschichten, mit einem sicheren Gespür für Dramaturgie, Timing und Plattformlogik.</li>
<li class="p1">entwickelst kreative Schnittideen, Motion-Ansätze und visuelle Erzählweisen, die Inhalte auf das nächste Level bringen.</li>
<li class="p1">passt Inhalte plattformgerecht an und weißt, warum derselbe Film auf TikTok anders funktionieren muss als auf Instagram, LinkedIn oder YouTube.</li>
<li class="p1">arbeitest eng mit Kreation, Strategie, Projektmanagement und Produktion zusammen und bringst deine Perspektive bereits während der Ideenentwicklung ein.</li>
<li class="p1">begleitest Produktionen und bringst im Idealfall auch Erfahrung als Videograf:in mit. Wenn du neben dem Schnitt auch selbst drehen kannst, ist das ein großes Plus.</li>
<li class="p1">beobachtest Creator, Trends und neue Editing-Stile und bringst diese Impulse in deine Arbeit ein.</li>
<li class="p1">sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte nicht nur hochwertig aussehen, sondern auch performen.</li>

<li class="p1">hast idealerweise 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung als Social Video Editor, Content Creator oder Video Editor – vorzugsweise in einer Kreativ-, Social- oder Digitalagentur.</li>
<li class="p1">denkst Social First und verstehst, wie Videos auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen funktionieren.</li>
<li class="p1">hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Storytelling, Schnitt, Rhythmus und visuelle Dramaturgie.</li>
<li class="p1">arbeitest sicher mit Adobe Premiere Pro und idealerweise auch mit After Effects sowie weiteren gängigen Editing-Tools.</li>
<li class="p1">kennst aktuelle Creator, Trends, Sounds und Plattformmechaniken und weißt, wie daraus relevanter Content entsteht.</li>
<li class="p1">arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bringst kreative Ideen ein und gehst konstruktiv mit Feedback um.</li>
<li class="p1">bist offen für neue kreative Technologien und nutzt KI-Tools dort, wo sie deine Arbeit sinnvoll unterstützen.</li>
<li class="p1">verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.</li>
