Your Impact
As eCommerce Manager, you will be the strategic advisor for a portfolio of leading brands while acting as the internal driver of eCommerce performance and growth.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams across Development, CRO, Paid Media, SEO, and Social, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
This is a highly visible role where commercial thinking, data\-driven decision\-making, and client management come together.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute scalable eCommerce growth strategies
- Build long\-term eCommerce roadmaps for multiple clients
- Advise stakeholders and senior leadership teams on growth, scalability, and international expansion
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, traffic, and average order value
- Analyze data using GA4, dashboards, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Lead CRO initiatives and A/B testing programs
- Optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels
- Collaborate closely with performance specialists across SEO, SEA, email marketing, and paid social
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Manage project planning, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead webshop implementations and migrations across Shopify and other eCommerce platforms
- Ensure seamless collaboration between strategy, development, and marketing teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level (HBO/WO)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce
- Strong hands\-on experience with Shopify (essential)
- Experience with Magento, WooCommerce, or Lightspeed is a strong advantage
- Proven analytical skills and experience with GA4 and performance dashboards
- Commercial mindset with strong client\-facing capabilities
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solution\-oriented personality
