We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager to help scale the business through paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, and website optimisation.
This is a hands\-on role for someone who understands ecommerce growth from end to end and can actively help drive revenue, improve the customer journey, and grow the brand online.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and improving our:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads
- Klaviyo email marketing
- Shopify website
- SEO strategy
- Website merchandising and optimisation during launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Manage Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining ROAS targets
- Test creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and offers
- Manage retargeting and customer acquisition strategies
- Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and MER
- Manage and optimise our Shopify store
- Improve product pages, collection pages, and conversion rates
- Optimise the website during sales, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure the website experience is clean, fast, and conversion\-focused
- Recommend and implement UX and CRO improvements
- Manage Klaviyo flows and campaigns
- Build and improve:
- Welcome flows
- Abandoned cart flows
- Browse abandonment flows
- Post\-purchase flows
- Win\-back campaigns
- Increase customer retention and email revenue
- Create engaging promotional email campaigns
- Improve website SEO performance
- Optimise product pages, collections, and site structure
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements
- Grow organic traffic and search visibility
- Use AI tools effectively to improve marketing performance, workflows, content creation, customer experience, and efficiency
- Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities and ecommerce marketing trends
- Recommend and implement new tools, automations, and systems where beneficial
- Track and report on marketing and ecommerce performance
- Use Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo analytics
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Make data\-driven recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience working with ecommerce brands
- Strong previous experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Klaviyo
- Shopify
- SEO
- Must have hands\-on Shopify experience
- Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion optimisation
- Competent and confident using AI tools within ecommerce and digital marketing
- Up to date with current ecommerce, marketing, and AI trends
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
