Yorkshire Caravans \& Motorhomes is a well\-established and growing leisure business, continuing to invest in its retail, ecommerce and customer experience.

This is a full\-time role based at our Bawtry site and is fully onsite \- it is not a remote or hybrid position. With a heritage dating back to 1926, this is an opportunity to join a growing business and play an important part in the development of our ecommerce and retail systems. Reporting to the Leisure General Manager, you will maintain accurate product information, pricing and website content across Magento and Catalyst Platinum.

Key Responsibilities



Create and maintain product records within Magento and Catalyst Platinum



Update product descriptions, images, specifications and website content



Maintain accurate retail and promotional pricing and ensure website and EPOS prices remain consistent



Add new products, update existing ranges and maintain categories, brands and supplier information



Process supplier product and price updates, including bulk uploads where required



Carry out database housekeeping and correct duplicate, incomplete or inaccurate records



Update discontinued products and expired promotions



Work with suppliers and internal teams to obtain accurate product information

About You



Strong attention to detail and excellent data\-entry accuracy



Good understanding of ecommerce and confidence working across multiple systems



Experience with product databases, EPOS or content management systems



Good Microsoft Excel skills and written English



Able to identify data errors, manage priorities and work independently

Desirable Experience

Magento; Catalyst Platinum; retail EPOS systems; ecommerce product management; Product Information Management systems; database maintenance; retail pricing; bulk data imports; product categorisation and hierarchy; basic SEO or website content management.

CRM\-Pipedrive experience desirable

Desirable Qualifications



Level 3 qualification or above in Business Administration, IT, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or a related subject



Microsoft Excel, Magento, ecommerce, database management or other relevant systems training

Practical experience, system confidence and strong attention to detail are more important than holding a specific qualification.
