At iuppiter B.V., we specialize in buying and selling used servers and server components to customers worldwide. Our business combines technology, logistics, and online sales, and we are looking for someone who enjoys both warehouse work and e\-commerce tasks.
What will you be doing and what is important to know
This is not just an office\-based e\-commerce role. The position also includes part\-time warehouse work, meaning you will actively help with handling and organizing hardware equipment. Good physical condition and a practical attitude are important. As an E\-commerce \& Warehouse Assistant, you will have a varied role combining online product management with also position includes part\-time warehouse work around servers
- Creating and posting product listings and auctions on eBay
- Photographing products and editing images using Photoshop
- Writing and optimizing product descriptions for online sales
- Processing orders and updating products in our ERP system
- Managing inventory and transferring products between warehouses
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
- Testing, inspecting, and cleaning server hardware before sale
- Assisting with loading, unloading, lifting, and moving servers and IT equipment
- Answering customer questions and providing excellent service
- Helping improve warehouse and e\-commerce processes
A typical day can start in the warehouse by picking up server components and bringing them to our photo room. You will photograph products, sometimes opening servers to capture detailed internal pictures. After that, you will edit the photos in the office and create or update online listings.
Because servers and IT equipment can be large and heavy, the role requires some physical strength and a hands\-on mindset. You should be comfortable walking around the warehouse, lifting equipment when needed, and preparing products to look their best for online sales.
The rest of the e\-commerce tasks, such as posting listings, editing descriptions, and managing products, are completed in the office environment.
What are we looking for?
- Experience with Photoshop or image editing software
- Interest in e\-commerce and online sales platforms such as eBay
- Comfortable working both at a desk and in a warehouse environment
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken
- Knowledge of server hardware or IT equipment is a strong advantage
- Detail\-oriented, proactive, organized, and customer\-focused
- Ability to lift and move heavy server equipment when needed
- A fulltime contract
- 25 vacation days (based on full\-time employment)
