Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) media buying across multiple DTC brands, including campaign setup, testing, scaling, and budget allocation.

  • Monitor daily performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability across campaigns and funnels.

  • Optimize key e-commerce KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV to maximize commercial performance.

  • Identify funnel drop-offs and lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve customer journeys and revenue outcomes.

  • Collaborate with creative teams by providing performance insights, testing ideas, and data-driven feedback for ad and content optimization.

  • Analyze pricing strategies, bundles, offers, and upsell structures to increase average order value and customer lifetime value.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across analytics platforms and reporting tools.

  • Work closely with founders and stakeholders to define and execute scalable growth strategies.

Requirements


The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth, with a proven ability to manage paid media campaigns at scale. You are highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable making decisions based on data. You thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership and autonomy are essential.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, media buying, or DTC e-commerce.

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).

  • Experience scaling paid campaigns with significant advertising budgets.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization strategies.

  • Solid analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV.

  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4, or similar platforms.

  • Experience working with Shopify-based e-commerce brands.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently and take full ownership of results.

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
