We are a fast\-growing multi\-brand e\-commerce business selling across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, OnBuy, B\&Q Marketplace and other online channels. Our brands operate across home, lifestyle, gadgets, mobility and consumer products, with thousands of customers across the UK.

We're looking for a highly organised and ambitious individual who can become a key part of our team. This is more than a standard customer service role — you'll gain exposure to e\-commerce operations, marketing, social media, product launches and day\-to\-day business management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing customer service across multiple sales channels

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, marketplace systems and live chat

  • Processing returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims

  • Monitoring Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay and other marketplace accounts

  • Assisting with daily business administration and operational tasks

  • Supporting directors with general PA duties

  • Liaising with suppliers, couriers and customers

  • Creating and scheduling social media content

  • Basic photo and video editing for social media and marketing campaigns

  • Assisting with product listings and content updates

  • Helping improve customer experience and internal processes

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
  • Amazon Seller Central experience

  • Shopify experience

  • eBay, TikTok Shop or marketplace knowledge

  • Canva, CapCut or Adobe editing experience

  • Social media content creation

  • Basic graphic design skills

  • Experience in e\-commerce operations
