E-Commerce Customer Service & Operations Assistant
We are a fast\-growing multi\-brand e\-commerce business selling across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, OnBuy, B\&Q Marketplace and other online channels. Our brands operate across home, lifestyle, gadgets, mobility and consumer products, with thousands of customers across the UK.
We're looking for a highly organised and ambitious individual who can become a key part of our team. This is more than a standard customer service role — you'll gain exposure to e\-commerce operations, marketing, social media, product launches and day\-to\-day business management.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing customer service across multiple sales channels
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, marketplace systems and live chat
- Processing returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims
- Monitoring Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay and other marketplace accounts
- Assisting with daily business administration and operational tasks
- Supporting directors with general PA duties
- Liaising with suppliers, couriers and customers
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Basic photo and video editing for social media and marketing campaigns
- Assisting with product listings and content updates
- Helping improve customer experience and internal processes
- Amazon Seller Central experience
- Shopify experience
- eBay, TikTok Shop or marketplace knowledge
- Canva, CapCut or Adobe editing experience
- Social media content creation
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience in e\-commerce operations
- Work directly with business owners

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£30,482\.82 per year
