e-Commerce Associate - Birmingham City Center (Office based)
This is a full time , office based, 9AM\-5PM Monday \- Friday. We do not offer Visa Sponsorship for this role. We look for mid to higher experienced marketer for this position.

Your Role
- Conduct in\-depth product marketing research and market analysis to guide product development, ensuring our offerings remain innovative, competitive, and aligned with current trends.
- Develop high\-performing, SEO\-optimised product listings by understanding market demand, customer intent, and consumer expectations. Craft clear, compelling, and benefit\-driven messaging that communicates value effectively while maintaining accuracy and trust..
- Own our catalogue \& stock accuracy: Keep product data clean and up‑to‑date across marketplaces (Amazon Vendor Central and other platforms): titles, attributes, variations, prices, barcodes, images, and stock status.
- Create \& maintain listings: Build new product listings and improve existing ones (titles, bullets, search terms, images, A\+ Content with our design team). Fix suppressed or non‑compliant listings fast.
- Monitor performance daily: Watch for red flags \- listing errors, price/map issues, buy‑box/sales dips, content mismatches \- and resolve or escalate quickly.
- Keep inventory healthy: Track inbound POs/shipments with procurement, reconcile received vs. expected units, flag low/out‑of‑stock risks, and recommend replenishment.
- Localise for markets: Coordinate copy/asset tweaks for UK/EU markets, and ensure content matches marketplace requirements.
- Run launches \& promotions: Support go‑live checklists, set up deals/vouchers, and make sure content, price and stock are aligned on launch day.
- Guard the source of truth: Maintain simple SOPs, version history and change logs so everyone knows what changed, when and why.
- Partner across teams: Work tightly with product, design, marketing and procurement to keep catalogue and inventory in sync.
- Prior e‑commerce experience (required): Hands‑on with marketplaces or DTC (creating/maintaining listings, fixing errors, managing catalogue/data hygiene). Copyrighting skills and Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience will be preferred. Polytechnic and university graduates are welcome \- we hire for attitude and skillset.
- Right attitude (required): Hardworking, proactive ownership, self‑driven learning, self‑management, meticulous and attention to details
- Detail \+ speed: You care about accuracy (SKUs, variants, stock counts) and you fix issues fast.
- Tools: Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, cleaning), bulk file uploads, basic image handling; comfortable with dashboards.
- Communication: Clear written updates; comfortable coordinating across teams and time zones.
- Languages: English (required).
- Right to work (required): Already based in UK and do not require work visa sponsorship.
- Nice‑to‑have: Experience with variations/ASIN merges, Brand Registry case management, A/B tests/Brand Experiments, basic CSV transforms, familiarity with inventory planning or simple SQL.
