We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce Assistant to support the day\-to\-day running of our global ecommerce channels, contributing to the continued growth of our online business. This is a permanent position based at our London Head Office.

As a heritage brand with a strong focus on quality and service, we believe our digital presence should reflect the same standards as our products. This role plays an important part in delivering a seamless, engaging, and high\-performing online experience for our customers worldwide.

The Role

This is a hands\-on position for an organised and detail\-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. You will support the day\-to\-day management of the website, assist with trading activity, and work closely with internal teams and external partners.

You will contribute to improving website performance, enhancing the customer journey, and supporting the delivery of ecommerce and trading objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop ecommerce expertise within a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day\-to\-day operations of the UK and US Shopify stores


• Support product launches and merchandising updates, keeping in\-line with the delivery and marketing calendars


• Responsible for product uploads and maintaining product listings, from product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, metafields and tags


• Handle all content changes, from weekly homepage updates and visual merchandising to creating collections and building pages


• Assist with development and projects, such as carrying out QA ahead of changes to the site, checking links, pages, and UX issues, alongside general site maintenance


• Assist in co\-ordinating ecommerce shoots, handling communication with our partner studio, monitoring deliveries of samples, reviewing and uploading assets upon receipt


• Assist with weekly and monthly trade and performance reports, highlighting key insights


• Monitor overall website performance, including conversion rate, AOV, and UX

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an e\-commerce role within the retail or fashion industry


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience using Shopify and GA4


• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· Strong interest and desire to progress within ecommerce and digital trading

Preferred:

· Understanding or experience with Brightpearl

· Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing channels

· Understanding of UX and customer journey principles

• Proactive and positive approach


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools, with a logical and analytical mindset
