We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Marketplace Growth Assistant to support the growth of our e\-commerce and retail marketplace channels.
This role will work closely with the leadership team to drive sales performance across platforms including Amazon, Meta, retail partner portals, and emerging e\-commerce channels.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail\-oriented, data\-driven, and excited by the fast\-paced world of beauty, e\-commerce, social commerce, and retail growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and optimising marketplace listings across multiple sales channels.
- Monitor product rankings, pricing, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.
- Setup and launch of new products across marketplace platforms.
- Manage promotions, campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and seasonal launches.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare weekly marketplace reports.
- Work alongside the team to maximise visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure product content, imagery, pricing, and descriptions remain accurate.
- Identify growth opportunities and emerging marketplace trends.
- Support relationships with retail and marketplace partners.
- Assist with troubleshooting marketplace issues, customer feedback, and account performance metrics.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting.
- Ability to multitask in a fast\-moving environment.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in ecommerce, beauty, retail, or social commerce.
- Self\-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Meta, Shopify etc.
- Experience using e\-commerce analytics tools.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising platforms.
- Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, digital marketing, or sales support.
