We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Marketplace Growth Assistant to support the growth of our e\-commerce and retail marketplace channels.

This role will work closely with the leadership team to drive sales performance across platforms including Amazon, Meta, retail partner portals, and emerging e\-commerce channels.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail\-oriented, data\-driven, and excited by the fast\-paced world of beauty, e\-commerce, social commerce, and retail growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimising marketplace listings across multiple sales channels.

  • Monitor product rankings, pricing, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.

  • Setup and launch of new products across marketplace platforms.

  • Manage promotions, campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and seasonal launches.

  • Analyse sales performance and prepare weekly marketplace reports.

  • Work alongside the team to maximise visibility and conversion rates.

  • Ensure product content, imagery, pricing, and descriptions remain accurate.

  • Identify growth opportunities and emerging marketplace trends.

  • Support relationships with retail and marketplace partners.

  • Assist with troubleshooting marketplace issues, customer feedback, and account performance metrics.

Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Highly competent with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Comfortable working with data and reporting.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast\-moving environment.

  • Commercial awareness and an interest in ecommerce, beauty, retail, or social commerce.

  • Self\-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Meta, Shopify etc.

  • Experience using e\-commerce analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of marketplace advertising platforms.

  • Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, digital marketing, or sales support.

  • Successful launch and management of new products.

  • Accurate reporting and marketplace optimisation.

  • Identification and execution of new growth opportunities.
