About the Role
A packaging / printing company looking for a motivated and results\-driven B2B and E\-commerce Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with wholesale and corporate customers while also driving online sales growth through our e\-commerce channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of both traditional and digital sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Support and optimise sales through e\-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or e\-commerce sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.
- Good understanding of online sales platforms and digital commerce.
- Excellent organisational and time\-management skills.
- Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online business tools.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, or other e\-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
- Experience within custom designed packaging
