Duty Manager

What we are looking for in our restaurant duty managers;

• Previous experience working in a fast paced and high volume restaurant environment


• Background in good standard establishments


• Sales and guest focused personality


• Good understanding of restaurant economics and a keen driver of internal and external sales


• Can commute to our various venues


• Experience in using and understanding restaurant systems i.e: Stock link, Res Diary and Access systems etc.


• Good understanding of budget controls


• Excellent communication skills
