Duty Manager

North London | Up to £37,000 | 4 on/4 off | 7am-7pm

The Role

We're hiring a Duty Manager for a new flagship residential development in North London - a major regeneration scheme delivering over 1,000 homes, landscaped green space, retail, and premium resident amenities.

You'll lead the front-of-house/concierge team on shift and take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring a consistently high standard of resident experience across a busy, high-expectation environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading the concierge / front-of-house team on shift

  • Owning service standards and resident experience

  • Managing rotas, holidays, sickness and daily team performance

  • Overseeing smooth operational handovers between shifts

  • Acting as key on-site contact for residents and stakeholders

  • Supporting site leadership with operational delivery

  • Driving consistency, accountability and professionalism across the team

What We're Looking For:
  • Background in luxury hospitality, hotels or premium residential

  • Strong leadership experience in a front-of-house/concierge or operational role

  • Confident managing teams and driving performance on shift

  • Calm, organised and consistent under pressure

  • High standards of customer/resident service delivery
