Role Summary
As Store Manager, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive
profitable growth, and uphold operational excellence. You will be responsible for implementing
the retail plan, ensuring omnichannel service standards are met, and that your team is
supported, developed, and empowered. You will play a key role in driving business growth,
maintaining compliance, and protecting the integrity of the store, team, and brand.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead by example, consistently demonstrating professionalism, Brand\-aligned behaviour,
- Ensure the store consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience that reflects
- Lead, coach and inspire the entire store team, including Assistant Manager, Team Leads
- Drive a high performance culture, setting clear expectations and delivering regular
- Own the stores performance, ensuring targets are met across sales, service and
- Manage recruitment, succession planning and team development to build a strong talent
- Implement retail plans and visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring stocktakes, stock checks and adjustments are
- Champion diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across the store team.
- Represent the brands values through behaviour, communication and presentation.
