Reporting to: Store Manager

Role Summary

A motivated, organised, and positive Assistant Manager who supports the Store Manager in the day\-to\-day running of the store, team, and customer experience, while maintaining high standards and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and team management.

· Assist with leading, training, and motivating staff and Supervisors.

· Help monitor sales, labour, wastage, margins, and stock against targets.

· Assist with staff scheduling, holidays, and training through Bizimply.

· Support excellent customer service and handle customer issues appropriately.

· Assist with cash handling and reconciliation.

· Help maintain food safety, Health \& Safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

· Support stock ordering, rotation, food preparation, and store presentation.

· Ensure SOPs and company procedures are followed.

· Assist with store administration, suppliers, orders, and invoices.

· Support promotions, marketing, and sales initiatives.

· Promote a positive, respectful, and team\-focused environment.

· Cover for the Store Manager when required.

Reporting Summary

Assist with cash \& sales, stock, wastage, labour/payroll, and team performance reports, plus incident reports as required.

Experience: 2 years in a Team Leader or Supervisor Role

Start Date: Mid\-September or sooner
