Full Time Position
Due to continued expansion, MZR Drainage is looking for a Driver / Trainee Drainage Engineer to join our growing team.
No previous drainage experience is required as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long\-term career within a professional and expanding drainage company.
Please note: You will be working within the drainage industry and will be exposed to sewage and wastewater systems.
About the Role
You will be travelling to domestic and commercial customer sites throughout the West Midlands, assisting with and carrying out a range of drainage services including:
✅ Drain unblocking and clearance
✅ High\-pressure water jetting
✅ CCTV drain surveys and inspections
✅ Drain maintenance and repair work
✅ Emergency drainage call\-outs
✅ Customer service and site reporting
You will be provided with full training and ongoing support to develop your skills and progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and workmanship.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and drainage equipment.
- Accurately record work completed using company systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Participate in an out\-of\-hours on\-call rota.

✔ Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
