We are currently recruiting for a DRIVE Case Manager to join a specialist service working with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. This is an opportunity to use your experience to support engagement, reduce risk and encourage positive behaviour change.
The role is initially offered on a 6-month temporary basis, acting as a probationary period, with the potential for the position to be extended and/or become permanent following this period.
The Role As a DRIVE Case Manager, you will work directly with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse, providing assertive and consistent case management to support long-term behaviour change.
You will:
- Manage a caseload of high-risk domestic abuse perpetrators.
- Complete risk and needs assessments and develop individual intervention plans.
- Build professional relationships that encourage engagement and positive change.
- Challenge abusive behaviour and support service users to take accountability.
- Work closely with IDVAs to support risk management and safety planning.
- Work alongside MARAC and other statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Respond appropriately to changes in risk and safeguarding concerns.
- Support individuals with wider needs such as housing and substance misuse.
- Complete accurate case records, reports and risk-management documentation.
- Undertake community visits across London as required.

You will need a full driving licence, access to a car and the ability to travel across the London pilot area.
