Drainage \& Wastewater Engineer

£35,000 – £50,000 \+ Overtime (1\.5x) \+ Genuine Career Progression

Location: Copthorne (RH10 3HZ) – Covering London \& the South East

Looking for something more than "just another engineering job"?

If you're an experienced drainage, pump or wastewater engineer who's become fed up with doing the same work every day, we'd like to talk.

At Clearmasters, our engineers aren't just sent out to change parts and tick boxes.

They're trusted to diagnose problems, find solutions, make decisions and take pride in delivering quality work.

One day you could be fault\-finding a sewage pump station.

The next you'll be servicing a treatment plant, carrying out CCTV investigations, repairing drainage systems or commissioning new equipment.

Every day is different.

If that's the type of engineering you enjoy, you'll fit right in.

For over 20 years we've built our reputation on doing things properly.

We provide specialist services including:

  • Sewage Treatment Plants

Why Engineers Like Working Here

We know there are plenty of engineering jobs out there.

Here's why our engineers stay.

Real Variety

No repetitive servicing rounds.

No doing the same thing every day.

You'll work across drainage, pumps, treatment plants, CCTV, diagnostics and installations.

You're Trusted

We employ engineers—not parts changers.

We value people who enjoy fault finding, thinking for themselves and solving problems properly.

Quality Comes First

We're not interested in cutting corners.

We'd rather spend longer fixing something properly than rushing through jobs to hit unrealistic targets.

We Invest

  • Modern vehicles.

  • Professional equipment.

  • Manufacturer training.

  • Continuous development.

  • As the company grows, so do our engineers.
You'll Be Part of a Team

We're a family\-run business with a close\-knit team.

Everyone is approachable.

Good work gets recognised.

What You'll Be Doing

Your work will include a mixture of:

  • Servicing sewage treatment plants
