Drainage Engineer

We are expanding with a new division specialising in drainage and blockage response services across the UK. We’re looking for experienced, hands\-on engineers to join our team and help deliver fast, professional drainage solutions for domestic, commercial, and industrial clients.

This is a mobile role that requires flexibility, initiative, and a strong focus on customer service. The position involves both emergency call\-outs and planned works.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend emergency call\-outs and clear blockages using high\-pressure jetting and suction equipment


• Conduct CCTV drainage surveys and identify defects or issues


• Carry out planned drainage maintenance and repairs


• Provide photos and detailed descriptions of faults and work carried out


• Liaise with the office team to coordinate jobs and ensure quick response times


• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order


• Comply with all site safety and company procedures


• Requirements


• Experience in drainage, plumbing, or groundworks (preferred)


• Confident in diagnosing and resolving drainage issues independently


• Full UK driving licence (essential)


• CSCS card (desirable but not required)


• Confined Space Training or Streetworks certification (advantageous but not required)


• Willing to work nights, weekends, and be part of a 24\-hour call\-out rota


• Reliable, self\-motivated, and customer focused
