Cozy Home Solutions is looking for an experienced Door\-to\-Door Lead Generation Field Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting and managing field teams who generate leads for our home improvement and renewable energy products, including solar and insulation and window and doors

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support door\-to\-door lead generation teams


• Train and coach new and existing team members


• Monitor individual and team performance


• Help teams achieve daily and weekly targets


• Lead by example in the field


• Support with territory and lead management


• Provide feedback and improve team performance


• Ensure company standards and procedures are followed

• Minimum 1 year of door\-to\-door sales or lead generation experience


• Previous team\-leading or management experience is preferred but not necessary


• Confident communicating with homeowners and team members


• Motivated, organised and target\-driven


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle


• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills

• Full training and ongoing support
