About the Position:
We’re seeking licensed Door Supervisors to support our Birmingham team at upcoming large\-scale events. From concerts and exhibitions to high\-profile occasions, you’ll help deliver safe, well\-managed experiences for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting bag checks and entry screening at access points

  • Supervising crowds to maintain order and safety

  • Assisting with emergency response procedures when required

  • Providing a visible, approachable, and professional security presence

Requirements:
  • Current SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)

  • NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety is an advantage

  • Professional, adaptable, and reliable attitude

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £45,000\.00 per year
