Domiciliary Care Worker (Drivers) \- Earn £133\+ a Day on Full Shifts \+ Bonuses

At New Shepherd Care every visit sits in a fixed run, every run sits in a shift, and you're paid for the whole shift, including travel and waiting time between visits.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• Half day: £88\.97


• Full day: £133\.46


• If a visit cancels, you're still paid for the shift


• Mileage paid between visits


• Time and a half on bank holidays

BONUS (ON TOP OF YOUR PAY)

• Streak Bonus: up to £100 a month for completing every visit on your run


• Loyalty bonuses: £50 at 6 months, then £100, £150 and £200 as you stay with us


• Carer of the Month: £50 plus a certificate for outstanding care


• Refer a friend: up to £150 for each carer you bring in who stays

ROOM TO GROW

We promote from within. Strong carers move into Senior Carer, Field Supervisor and Care Coordinator roles, with training and qualifications supported.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (mandatory)


• Care experience is preferred, but if you're new and have the right heart, we'll train you


• Reliable, kind and proud of doing things properly


• Right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
