Domestic House Cleaner / Holiday-Let Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Domestic House Cleaner / Holiday\-Let Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of private residences and holiday rentals to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, with a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holiday periods.

Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitise all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, according to company standards


• Change bed linens, towels, and organise supplies as required


• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to a high standard


• Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and amenities in holiday\-let properties


• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning


• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times


• Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleans within allocated periods


• Communicate effectively with clients or property managers regarding specific cleaning requests or concerns

Skills

• Previous experience in domestic cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is advantageous


• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail


• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending


• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, or unsociable hours (occasionally)

Pay: £12\.75\-£14\.00 per hour
