About the Role:

Warmer Wise Limited is a growing heating and plumbing company based in Newport, SouthWales. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Domestic Heating \& PlumbingEngineer to join our team, covering Newport and the surrounding areas of South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a permanent position with a reputable company, carrying out a varied range of domestic heating and plumbing work.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing and repairing domestic heating and plumbing systems, while providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing and repair of domestic heating systems


• Boiler replacements and heating system upgrades


• Installation and maintenance of hot water systems and cylinders


• Domestic plumbing installations and repairs


• Central heating installations and alterations


• Fault finding and diagnosis


• Installation of pumps, valves, expansion vessels and heating controls


• Copper and plastic pipework


• Radiator installations and replacements


• General plumbing maintenance


• Attending domestic customer properties and completing work to a high standard


• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment


• Completing job sheets and necessary paperwork


• Providing excellent customer service

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in domestic heating and plumbing


• Reliable, punctual and professional


• Able to work independently and manage their own workload


• Confident diagnosing faults and solving problems


• Customer\-focused with good communication skills


• Able to maintain a high standard of workmanship


• Well organised and able to work efficiently


• Comfortable working across South Wales

• Relevant domestic heating and plumbing experience


• Relevant plumbing/heating qualifications


• Full UK driving licence


• Good understanding of domestic heating and hot water systems


• Right to work in the UK
