White Goods Engineer
We are a Domestic Appliance Repair Agent carrying out service work for large manufacturers, mainly working on Samsung Appliances, in and out of warranty. Due to company expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineer to join our team. The role would be covering work in and around the Birmingham area, reporting to our Service Centre in Cheshire once\-twice a week to collect parts.
The Role
You will represent the company and our external clients in delivering field\-based customer service and product repair, often in the client’s home. You will be working on appliances such as; Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Fridge Freezers, Electric Cookers, Ovens, Hobs, Dishwashers etc. The work includes fault diagnosis, testing and repairs of these appliances.

Requirements
\- Experience in a similar engineering role
\- Excellent communication and customer service skills
\- Methodical in approach and attention to detail
\- A full valid UK Drivers Licence
\- IT Literate
\- Ability to complete relevant reports and paperwork
