The opportunity:

Lisney CRE is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Divisional Director to join its expanding Investment team in Dublin. This is an opportunity to work within a multi\-disciplinary property company, advising private clients, institutions, family offices, developers and international funds on both the acquisition and sales side across all property types.

The successful candidate will play a key role in finding, advising on and executing investment sales and acquisitions, while contributing to business development and client relationship management. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the division’s strategic direction and expansion.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial investment assets across office, industrial, retail, PRS, mixed\-use and other sectors, as well as executing deals

  • Provide strategic consultancy services in relation to all aspects of CRE investment

  • Demonstrate discipline in fee negotiation, billing timeliness and cash recovery on own instructions

  • Drive, lead and execute PRS transactions, taking ownership of deal strategy, client management and delivery from inception through to completion

  • Act as a senior fee earner, win new business through active networking and relationship management, while also nurturing existing client relationships

  • Actively generate cross\-referrals and transactional opportunities across Lisney’s service lines, working with the wider transactional and advisory divisions to provide clients with a seamless service

  • Input into and assist with the preparation of marketing plans, pitches and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Work with the internal debt and equity team to provide clients with a full 360\-degree acquisition service

  • Provide input and insight on transactions and complex instructions where appropriate

  • Represent Lisney externally, enhancing the firm’s profile within the investment and capital markets space

  • Support the development of junior and mid\-level fee earners through coaching, guidance and knowledge sharing

  • Assist in the management and development of junior team members, fostering a culture of high\-performance and collaboration

  • Maintain awareness of market conditions, client expectations and competitive positioning

  • Contribute to the CRE business unit objectives through consistent delivery of personal targets

We’re looking for someone who brings the following strengths to the role:

  • Minimum of five years’ relevant property experience, ideally within the investment / capital markets transactional space. Other areas within the industry may be considered

  • Experience in PRS desirable

  • Track record of originating and executing deals with strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability and experience

  • Hold, or is eligible for, a relevant PSRA licence

  • Ideally Chartered Surveyor status as a member of the SCSI and RICS

  • Full driving licence
