About Foodhub

Foodhub is a fast\-growing global technology company entering an exciting new phase of expansion, with a newly established Dublin headquarters and operations across the UK, USA, ANZ and India. We've delivered sustained year\-on\-year growth across multiple international markets, and as we accelerate our global expansion, we're looking for driven, ambitious people who want to play their part in building something significant — and grow their career as we grow.

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist with a genuine passion for recruitment to join our people team. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and takes real pride in delivering an outstanding, high\-quality service to candidates and hiring managers alike.

You'll own the full 360\-degree, end\-to\-end recruitment process — from understanding a hiring manager's needs through to onboarding a successful new hire — across a variety of roles, departments and countries. You'll be a key player in shaping Foodhub's talent pipeline and employer brand as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handover.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct headhunting, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional process at every stage.

  • Manage candidate communications throughout, ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience.

  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, including salary discussions and start dates.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to stakeholders, including time\-to\-hire, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.

  • Continuously look for ways to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices.
Key Attributes
  • Proven experience in a 360\-degree recruitment role, either in\-house or agency, ideally within a fast\-paced or high\-volume environment.

  • Driven and ambitious, with a track record of setting high personal standards and consistently delivering against them.

  • A strong sense of pride in providing an excellent, professional service to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

  • Resilient and adaptable, with a hands\-on work ethic and the ability to manage shifting priorities without losing momentum.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Confident sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including direct approach.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

  • A proactive, solutions\-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
