This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic, enterprise\-level role at the heart of commercial performance in a remote working role
As Director of Revenue Strategy Distribution, you’ll sit at the intersection of insight and execution—shaping how we think, how we forecast, and ultimately how we outperform across a diverse and growing hotel portfolio.
Working as a trusted partner to the VP of Commercial, this is a role with real visibility and influence. You’ll not only challenge thinking at the highest level, but also play a key role in building capability across our commercial teams, ensuring our Directors and on\-property leaders are equipped to make smarter, faster, more confident decisions.
Who are we?
Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are a division of the global Aimbridge Hospitality brand. We’re passionate about connecting great people to great experiences in exciting destinations, working with brands such as Hilton, IHG, Accor, Marriott and everything in between. From the rich diversity of our people and locations to our “people first” approach to business, the Aimbridge experience is like no other.
The Role
You’ll lead the strategic direction of our revenue and distribution function, aligning central expertise with on\-property delivery to unlock performance at scale. This is about more than oversight—it’s about shaping how the function operates, elevating standards, and ensuring consistency of approach across multiple markets and teams.
Through insight\-led analysis and clear commercial direction, you’ll identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive sustainable growth across the business.
You’ll challenge performance through robust forecasting, interrogate trends at a divisional level, and ensure the organisation is always positioned ahead of the curve.
At the same time, you’ll be a key driver of innovation—rethinking processes, strengthening data capability, and embedding smarter ways of working that enhance both pace and precision in decision\-making.
What can you expect?
You’ll define and deliver the strategy for the revenue shared services function, ensuring it aligns with wider business goals and supports medium\-term growth. That means setting the direction, establishing clear KPIs, and driving performance through structured planning and disciplined execution.
A significant part of your impact will come through leadership, in guiding a team of specialists while influencing a broader network of Directors of Commercial and on\-property teams. You’ll coach, challenge and develop others, building capability across the function and strengthening the overall commercial bench for the future.
You’ll take ownership of performance management at a functional level, ensuring clear accountability and consistently high standards. Through strong stakeholder engagement, you’ll work across multiple levels of the business, translating complex data into clear, actionable insight that informs decision\-making at pace.
Alongside this, you’ll lead the evolution of our data and analytics strategy, ensuring our approach to pricing, distribution and revenue systems is aligned, forward\-thinking and built on robust insight.
What We’re Looking For
- You’re an experienced commercial leader with a strong grounding in revenue strategy, distribution, and performance optimisation within a complex, multi\-site environment.
- You bring a sharp commercial mindset, balanced with the ability to step back and think strategically and comfortable operating at pace while maintaining clarity and control. You’re confident challenging stakeholders, influencing senior leaders, and translating data into decisions that deliver tangible results.
- Equally important is your approach to leadership. You naturally build trust, hold people to account, and create an environment where individuals and teams can grow. You see the bigger picture and understand the importance of developing capability, not just delivering results today but strengthening the organisation for tomorrow.
- This role would suit someone ready to step into broader enterprise influence, or someone already operating at this level who is motivated by scale, visibility, and the opportunity to shape long\-term commercial success.
You’ll join a business that operates at scale but values individual impact, where your voice will be heard, and your expertise will shape how we move forward.
We’ll give you the autonomy to lead, the platform to influence at senior level, and the opportunity to drive meaningful, measurable change across the organisation. Alongside this, you’ll be supported to continue your own leadership journey, with exposure, challenge, and the scope to grow towards executive\-level responsibility.
