This is an exciting opportunity to lead UCL's newly established Faculty Operations Enablement Hub, a key function designed to strengthen operational leadership, collaboration and delivery across UCL's eleven faculties.

About the role
------------------

Reporting to the Executive Director of Faculty Operations, you will lead a team responsible for operational intelligence, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, programme coordination and delivery assurance. Working closely with senior leaders across faculties and professional services, you will help ensure institutional priorities and transformation programmes are effectively implemented across a complex and diverse environment

The role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new enablement function that supports cross\-faculty collaboration, organisational learning, operational improvement and successful change delivery.

About you
-------------

You will be an experienced senior leader with a track record of operating successfully within a large and complex organisation. You will bring substantial experience of faculty operations, professional services leadership or organisational management, together with expertise in programme delivery, organisational change and stakeholder engagement.

You will be a collaborative and credible leader, with excellent communication, influencing and relationship\-management skills, and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions and successful outcomes.

*This is a Grade 10 role salary from £80,594 (including LW) Appointment will depend on experience.*

*We will consider applications to work on a part\-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.*

*For some roles UCL will consider hybridworking. Thiscan be between 20\-80% onsite working. Where this happens there is an expectation thatindividualscan be asked to work onsite as required up to 100% of a week.*
