Cognesense is building a global platform of companies focused on technologies that measure, monitor, and protect the environment and critical industrial infrastructure.

With a major brand launch underway and continued international growth, we are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to define and deliver how we go to market at scale.

This is a UK\-based role, with flexibility to be located at one of our UK Cognesense sites.

About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. We are looking for a modern, commercially focused marketing leader who can combine strategy with hands\-on execution. You will lead the development and delivery of global marketing programmes that strengthen the Cognesense brand, generate pipeline, and support growth across a multi\-brand portfolio.

Working closely with senior leadership and the Creative Director, you will bring a new global brand to life across multiple channels, markets, and acquired businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable commercial growth


• Execute a consistent, high\-quality global brand across digital and offline channels


• Use modern tools, including AI, to improve speed, targeting, and effectiveness


• Translate complex technical products into clear, compelling customer messaging


• Support sales teams with high\-impact materials and content


• Manage digital channels, including website and LinkedIn


• Track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance


• Build and manage a network of specialist external partners


• Support marketing integration across newly acquired companies

You are a hands\-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast\-paced, growth environment.

You will bring:

• Experience within industrial, engineering, or technology\-led businesses


• A strong track record of delivering marketing that drives commercial results


• Confidence with digital platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics


• Experience using modern marketing tools, including AI


• The ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly


• A proactive, high\-ownership approach
