Position Summary
For our NBS Trade Assets department, we are currently looking for a Direct to Consumer Operations Specialist. Reporting to the Trade Assets Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for supporting the end\-to\-end execution of Direct to Consumer operations within Project MORE, ensuring effective coordination of operational activities, stakeholder collaboration, and high\-quality service delivery across European markets. - Ensure accurate and complete data capture across multiple systems (D365, SAP, Vendon, PSP platforms)
- Perform regular data reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies ahead of month\-end close
- Support the calculation and validation of revenue share models with external partners and vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Commercial) to resolve data integrity issues
- Maintain and improve revenue data reporting dashboards and reconciliation tools
- Document reconciliation processes and suggest continuous improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Support audits and internal controls related to revenue share reporting and calculations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a financial or data analysis role, preferably with exposure to revenue operations or revenue assurance
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
