Direct Sales Executive

Location: London/Chorley/Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 per annum (With an achievable OTE £55,000 uncapped commission)
Hours: Core hours between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening shifts until 8pm and one weekend shift per month on a rota basis.
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and competitive sales professional who thrives on success and loves the thrill of closing a deal. As a Direct Sales Executive, you'll be helping customers protect what matters most by selling market\-leading vehicle security solutions, including insurance\-approved trackers, Ghost Immobilisers, alarms, and dashcams.

You'll join a high\-energy, supportive sales team where success is celebrated, development is encouraged, and progression is genuinely achievable. Whether you're responding to inbound enquiries or proactively generating sales opportunities, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while building a strong pipeline and earning uncapped commission.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

✔ Previous experience in a direct sales or telephone\-based sales role
✔ A competitive mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
✔ Resilience, determination, and a passion for continuous improvement
✔ Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills
✔ Confidence working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment
✔ Comfortable handling customer conversations and closing sales over the phone
✔ Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as part of a rota
✔ Fluent English language skills

Desirable:

⭐ Experience within automotive, technology, telecommunications, or security sales
⭐ Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems, immobilisers, or related products
⭐ Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales leads
