Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils with efficiency and care


• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers


• Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized, stored properly, and in good working order


• Support the organization of ingredients and supplies to facilitate smooth food service operations


• Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed


• Help with setting up dining areas and clearing tables during service times as needed


• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a hygienic environment at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key!


• Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail


• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues


• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks effectively


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling is advantageous


• A genuine interest in hospitality, cooking, or culinary arts is a plus

Pay: £12\.71\-£13\.50 per hour
