As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding strategic change processes. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to optimize processes, digital solutions, and collaboration. You will help stakeholders not only understand change but also successfully adopt it.

You combine strategic insight with hands\-on execution and have a strong focus on delivery reporting, stakeholder management, and agile ways of working. This also includes navigating the new transition driven by AI.

What will you do?

• You guide digital transformation and change programs from strategy to execution to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.


• You analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into concrete initiatives; additionally, you identify best practices (tools, operational models, frameworks) and scale them across our organization.


• You facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and alignment meetings with the business and technology teams.


• You support our organization in transforming agile roles and responsibilities, driven by AI.


• You help foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.


• You monitor project progress through clear delivery reporting, KPIs, and management dashboards.


• You translate complex information into clear insights for management and executives.


• You support change adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder coaching.


• You help teams collaborate more efficiently and fully utilize digital tools.


• You proactively identify risks and make adjustments where necessary.

Who are you?

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.


• You have at least 3 to 7 years of experience within digital transformation, change management, or consultancy.


• You have experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.


• You excel at stakeholder management and communicate easily at all organizational levels.


• You have experience with delivery reporting, governance, and program management.


• You feel comfortable in complex organizations and fast\-paced, changing environments.


• You possess strong analytical skills and know how to translate data into clear insights.


• You work in a structured, independent, and result\-oriented manner, and you thrive in a large organization spread across multiple locations (BE / NL).


• You speak fluent English and Dutch.


• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Miro, and Google Workspace is a strong plus.
